CHA' de bugre
Cha'
de bugre comes from a small tree, in the he Brazilian
Rainforest, which usually grows to about 20 to
40 feet and usually a foot to two feet in diameter and
produces a fruit much like a coffee cherry.
Cha' de bugre has many properties and traditional
applications in common with Ephedra, but unlike Ephedra,
it has a positive impact on the heart.
Looking at the
scientific properties of Cha' de bugre,
Dr. G.L. Cruz's
book, Dictionary of Plants Used in Brazil, Cha' de bugre
is recommended as an excellent diuretic and weight loss
aid, as well as a good general heart tonic which can
help to stimulate circulation.
It is also used in Brazil
and Haiti as a tea to help relieve coughs and asthmatic
systems. It can also help to regulate renal function,
and reduce uric acid. Externally it is applied to help
heal wounds.

Hoodia Gordonii is a cactus-like plant that grows
exclusively in South Africa.
Mainly used as an appetite suppressant, Hoodia

Researchers at Brown University in Rhode Island recently
found that the steroidal glycosides in hoodia affects

What to do if you forget to take a capsule?
Just skip it. Do not take two or more capsules to

in one day?
This is usually not a major problem. If you do not feel
abnormal or dizzy then drink plenty of water. If you do
feel abnormal or dizzy please contact your doctor or any

Instances when you can take less than the recommended
dosage or adjust your dosage:
1- If you eat less than three meals a day. For example,
if you eat two meals a day then ingesting two capsules
per day generally is satisfactory.
2- If you only eat one large meal a day such as dinner

generally is satisfactory.
3- If you wish to use DEEP only to supplement your
exercise routine then one capsule is generally
satisfactory.
4- If you eat many smaller portions through out the day,
then spacing out dosages at regular intervals during the
