The last time I
weighed myself was at the beginning of the year. I was a little bit over 232
lbs. So, now it's August and I weigh in at 165 lbs. That's 67 lbs I have
lost in about 8 months.
It really feels
like I have taken off my fat suit. I feel great. I don't have to wear long
sleeves and baggy jeans anymore. I can play basketball now without feeling
self conscious and without getting tired after like 10 minutes.

I have been using DEEP for almost three months and I have lost about 36
pounds.
Well since you wanted to know, I started out using DEEP just to try it
out. To tell you the truth I was a little worried that it wouldn't work,
but after the second week I started weighing myself and I had actually
lost about 4 pounds. I also started to go to the gym more often because
I had all this extra energy after work, which never happened before.
Plus I started to wake up earlier so I could walk to work instead of
riding the subway three stops.
I was about 244 - 245 pounds in November, but now I am about 209 - 210,
it depends on which scale I am using.
I am so excited, I got new outfits and got my hair done! I really hope I
can break the 200 barrier soon.
