We advise that you take the kidney/liver cleanse at least two hours before you take psyllium.ext. Please follow the directions listed on each bottle.

► When is it a good time to start the body cleansing systems?

You can start both supplements at any time. Psyllium.ext should not make you have a sudden urge to use the restroom. We recommend starting the program on a day that you will be home just to be sure.

► How long should I use the Liver and Kidney cleanse?

The cleanse can be used two different ways. If doing a deep extensive cleanse take three capsules for twice a day with 8 oz of water for two weeks and for no more than four weeks. If doing a daily maintenance use take two pills daily with 8 oz of water.
