VITAMIN B2 (riboflavin)
It is required by the body
to use oxygen and the metabolism of amino acids, fatty
acids, and carbohydrates. Riboflavin is further needed
to activate vitamin B6 (pyridoxine), helps to create
niacin and assists the adrenal gland. It may be used for
red blood cell formation, antibody production, cell
respiration, and growth.
While rare, vitamin B2
deficiency is more likely to occur in people with sickle
cell anemia, and chronic fatigue syndrome.

L-Cysteine
It has been claimed that L-cysteine
has anti-inflammatory properties, that
it can protect
against various toxins,
and that it might be helpful in osteoarthritis and
rheumatoid arthritis.
L-Cysteine's protective
mechanisms could relate to its own antioxidant
properties, its promotion of glutathione (a major
antioxidant) or even, it has been hypothesized, to some
ability to participate in DNA repair.
